Koorene ahjukala

Hästi lihtne roog!

Pangasiuse filee (ostsin kalaletist, mitte külmutatud) – panin selle ahjuvormi, maisestasin soola ja sidrunipipraga ja piserdasin natukene sidrunimahla ka peale. Siis valasin üle rõõsa koorega (35%, aga võib ka lahjemat ju kasutada). Peale veel porruviilud ja natukene tilli. Siis ahju ja 15 minutiga on ta valmis.
